We all love flowers, don’t we?
But then they fade, and they’re gone, and we move on.
It doesn’t have to be that way….
…when you learn to sew a ruched flower from fabric or ribbon.
This is a great project for your fabric or ribbon scraps, and perfect on headbands, hair clips, or as an accessory on dresses and purses.
To learn how to sew a ruched flower, simply download this free PDF tutorial, The Annabelle Flower.
I’ve made these for my daughter for weddings, and have added them to shoe clips. The sewing is simple, even for beginners, and you won’t need a sewing machine! Just a hand sewing needle and some thread is all you’ll need to sew a ruched flower.
This PDF download is one of my free tutorials that I formerly sold in my Etsy shop, but am now offering for free. If you like this tutorial, you’ll also like to see this tutorial on how to make a simple gathered flower as well!
Enjoy making flowers!
