Make a felt rose trio headband

There’s just something special about working with felt.

Really good, yummy felt.

Not the plastic-like stuff, but beautiful wool or wool-blend felt (from my Amazon affiliate) that drapes well and feels soft to the touch.

That’s the kind of felt I use when I make a felt rose.

And you don’t just have to make one felt rose! You can make several and group them into a great brooch or headband.

Learn how to make your own felt rose with this downloadable PDF tutorial. This tutorial also contains the small pattern templates for backing the rose trio, as well as the leaf. This a mostly no-sew project, so it’s quick and easy to make for beginners!

You’ll learn not only how to mount this to a headband, but how to add a trio of roses to a clip.

So cute for little girls, big girls….and you. :)

I am just starting to get back into sewing after many years of being lazy.
Your blogs have been very useful for me. I so look forward to the release of your book as I love to make bows, I am just not very good at it.

    Thank you so much.
